I am writing to thank you for the quick and professional job you did in finding new office tenants for Colton Center. Once again, you seem to have gotten right to work the minute you knew I had space coming available, and have come up with people who seem to be a perfect fit for this spot. And I especially appreciate that quality in your work – that you use excellent sense in fitting tenants to spaces, without trying to force a fit, which never works out in the long run. In the 17 years I’ve owned and operated real estate I would never let anyone else pick my tenants. But after working with you for several years now, I had no hesitation about being out of town and unable to meet these people before you had negotiated a lease and they had moved in.
