We were in the market for land in the town of Hanover and his work came in two parts. The purchase of the land we ultimately bought and selling a portion of it after subdividing the property. It was quite the process and it took quite some time for both transactions to complete. He guided us at every stage and continues to do so even after our purchase as we pursue building our house.
His knowledge and resources made our transition to the upper valley easy and gave us reassurance when the fear of moving or the purchase took turns. He has become family to us and we truly feel that we would never have found our slice of heaven without him.
